A dermatologist- and ophthalmologist-led clinical study evaluated safety, tolerability and satisfaction in 35 patients with normal-to-oily skin using Refining Foam Cleanser twice daily over 4 weeks. Enrolled patients used sunscreen daily and 10 patients wore contact lenses. No irritation occurred during the study period. Subjects must be willing to minimize sun/ultraviolet light exposure including the use of facial sunscreen 15 minutes prior to being outdoors and wearing sun protective clothing (such as a wide-brimmed hat), and re-application every two (2) hours of sunscreen if engaging in outdoor activities; tanning bed use is prohibited throughout the course of the study.

Subject must currently use and agree to continue to use routine facial sunscreen.
